Job Description

We are open to recruiting an HR Officer who will be joining us here in Dubai office.We want a candidate and possible employee who has a positive attitude and strong work ethic. A candidate who demonstrates a proactive, can-do attitude and is committed to delivering high-quality of work.Principal Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees
  • Administering employeesfromsatellite offices
  • Managing employee relations, including responding to employee grievances and disciplinary issues
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Managing employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Conducting surveys and ensuring that the organizations compensation programs are competitive
  • Advising management on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, terminations, and performance management issues
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
Essentials Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree or Higher Diploma
  • Min. 2 years experience
Work Location:
  • Full time in Dubai Office
Compensations and Benefits:
  • Monthly salary (negotiable)
  • Paid annual leave (30 calendar days) + Airticket
  • GIG Insurance
  • Office hours from Mondays to Fridays, 9 AM to 6 PM
  • Saturday and Sundays off
