Job Description

To support the operations of the HR department by coordinating and delivering a diverse range of HR management activities.

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Prepares correspondence related to HR and Admin
  • Support the HR administration process for recruitment and selection
  • Coordinates new employees to appropriate colleagues to ensure facilities and equipment is readily available upon commencement of employment.
  • Manage and record all employees record related to leave, insurances and personal files
  • To process employment visa and other legal requirements in a timely and effective manner
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
