On behalf of our client a leading Dubai based group of companies we are looking to recruit a HR Manager- People, Culture and Operations ompany. The position reports to a European CEO and the office is based on SZR close to the Dubai world trade centre. It is a full time role ( 5 days a week) and all candidates must be in receipt of a HR Degree with a maximum of 6 years UAE experience working at a multinational firm . You will be responsible for performance management, talent acquistion, employee and management training, polices, procedures, annual strategy, people culture, employee relations and the ability to design and implement strategy making it a great place to work. The company does have a HR Administrator who is responsible for all HR admin related duties. Salary expectation is AED25000 however they will negotiate slightly for the right person
