Job Description

Our client is a leading healthcare provider and is looking for an experienced HR manager to cover for an initial 6-month maternity leave. Only candidates who are available immediately or have a maximum 2 week notice period will be considered, please do not apply if you don?t qualify.Description:

  • Talent management, acquisition, and retention
  • Employee relations
  • Salary processing, Payroll - UAE standards, WPS knowledge
  • Co-ordination with PRO
  • Keeping all HR records up to date with annual leave, sick days, overtime etc
  • Remuneration trend tracking and package building
  • Managing staff training and development
  • Performance review management
  • Staff support
  • Processing end of contract settlement, processes, and liaising with the finance department
  • Onboarding/offboarding
  • Digital skills
  • All tasks related to smooth running of the HR function
  • Keeping up to date with hiring trends
