  • Heavily involve with Conducting interviews and communicating with recruitment partner agencies
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies
  • Implement performance appraisal systems while ensuring to improve KPI metrics, goals align with company objectives
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and providing feedback to plan for and monitor progress
  • Address current situation affecting performance issues and developing improvement plans
