HR ManagerDescription :•Managing HR projects related to compensation structures, benefits programs, and ensuring these align with organizational goals. Along with handling HR analytics, KPI management, and the ability to break down and analyze complex data•Develop, implement, and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs that can be implemented as per the standards and policies.•Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure standards, best practices, and competitive compensation packages.•Utilize HR data to generate insights and inform decision-making ensuring that strategies and actions are data-driven and aligned with organizational goals and objectives.•Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics providing real-time visibility into HR performance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.•Conduct detailed analysis on HR data, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations along required feasibility studies.•Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to various HR functions and provide reports and updates to senior management.•Analyze KPI data to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance overall HR performance and outcomes.•Lead HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards,.•Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, and track progress throughout the project lifecycle. 10.
