Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to create a positive and productive work environment that supports the organizations goals and values.Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organizations overall objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand and address HR needs.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and take appropriate corrective actions.
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
  • Support employee development through mentor-ship˙and career development initiatives.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Regularly review and update the organizations compensation structure.
  • Stay current with employment laws and regulations and ensure the organizations compliance.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
