  • Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes of the company
  • Develop, implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs and oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training
  • Ensure legal compliance of HR state, regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
  • Design and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and meet legal requirements
  • Administer payroll and maintain records related to compensation data
