Job Brief:Prestige Luxury Real Estate are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to join their experienced and expanding team. Based in Dubai Marina, the Human Resources Manager will lead and direct the functions of the Human Resources department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering payroll, benefits, leave administration and enforcing company policies and practices.Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues3. Experience implementing Employee Wellness programmes4. Drafting Standard Operating Procedures5. Manage the recruitment and selection process6. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation of employees7. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the company8. Nurture a positive working environment9. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance10. Maintain pay plan and benefits program11. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs12. Report to management and provide solutions supported through HR data13. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource managementRequirements:1.
