  • Support the overall business and operations related to all human management / hr activities
  • Advise manager on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and recommend change when needed
  • Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interviews and select applicants
  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and help in resolving work-related problems
  • Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems
