QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEQualifications: Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)Experience: Human Resources.Manpower Planning 8+ YearsKnowledge/skills:Experience of extensive policy design and implementation for both start up scenarios and evolution of existing content.Previous experience in an HR policy role focusing on modernisation of style, content, language and accessibility, to ensure HR policies are fit for purpose, and align with the business and HR strategy.Project management experience and a track record of designing and implementing complex projects.Ability to apply professional/specialist knowledge to analyse complex problems and recommend solutions/plans of action.HR Systems knowledge, with previous experience of partnering with an IT function on system solutions.Proven experience of working pro-actively and in partnership with colleagues in other work areasHigh level of written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present complex information in a concise and user-friendly way.Ability to provide accurate and timely specialist guidance on complex issues.Ability to use influencing and negotiating skills to develop understanding and gain co-operation.Should be confident and professional.
