Job Description:? Accompaniment and execution of the entire recruiting process (including administrative tasks, application pre-selection Active Sourcing, establishment of a network in the UAE)Active participation in creation and updating of local HR guidelines and processes? Self-dependent creation of work contracts, employer references and certificates? Direct cooperation with the management? Responsible of the implementation of HR policies and procedures? Ensure that data on the payroll and HR systems is always UpToDate.? Responsible for the medical insurance to be provided on time and as per eligibility criteria.? Handle staff transfer and promotions in coordination with the Regional Human Resources Manager.? Assist in the preparation and the execution of annual events and learning & development programs ? Responsible of the recruitment process from screening and interviewing candidates and taking the shortlisted ones to a conclusion.? Accompaniment of all HR processes from entry to exit? Validate staff insurance coverage and benefits.? Review, authorize and generate payroll application.? Prepare monthly payroll report and identify monthly payroll differences.? Handle staff requests work/salary certificates, salary liquidation etc.? Assist in developing training plans, HR budget, and special events ? Responsible of performance appraisal and talent management exercise ? Ensure abiding always by UAE labor law.Job Profile? Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources Management or similar field? 4 to 6 years of HR experience.? proficient MS Office skills? Strong communication and people management skills.? Capacity to listen, reflect and treat people s expectations and issues.Competencies? Should have managerial and leadership skills.? Should have time management and problem solving skills.? Should be excellent communicator, accountable, accurate & responsible? Should be people oriented and open for new suggestions and ideas? Should have good knowledge of UAE Labor Law.? Several years of International experience
