Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of our organization. This internship is ideal for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in HR and want to develop a strong foundation of skills and knowledge.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and collecting necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  4. Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  6. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
  7. Assist in conducting employee surveys and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Provide support in employee relations matters, including addressing employee complaints and conflicts.
  9. Assist in HR reporting and data analysis to support decision-making.
  10. Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to suggest improvements and innovative ideas.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  7. Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  8. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  10. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
