?Promote Tips and Toes culture and enhance communication by coaching employees on HR Best practices.?Prepare and analyse the company?s main HR metrics such as company turnover, probationary success, disciplinary actions, promotional rates and employee satisfaction survey and propose to the HR Manager projects that contribute to decrease turnover, and increase productivity.?Administer the Talent Management process including identification of high potentials and succession planning.?Implement the performance management process including disciplinary process, conflict resolution, grievances, as well as exit interviews and their analysis.?Ensure a proper execution of HR policies and procedures across the organization and report to the HR manager any recommendation for enhancement.?Assist in the development of policies, guidelines, Job Descriptions and tools to support managers throughout the performance management process.?Manage the On?board process and the induction for all New Joiners.?Coach and support employees on day to day concerns, career matters, and any arising conflict within their team; handle their grievances in compliance with the Company rules and regulations.?Perform field visits to keep an open communication channel with shop employees and management.?Support employees and managers during performance review and maintain the appraisal system.?Develop personal development plans in line with the employee performance appraisal and assessment results in order to improve performance.?Implement and maintain the Disciplinary action Matrix in line with applicable policies and procedures & labour law, and handle disciplinary issues accordingly.?Conduct exit interviews and facilitate the exit process for all Leavers.?Administer the Top and Bottom employee process and propose Motivational initiatives to the HR Manager to boost the Employees Level of Engagement.
