HR GeneralistJob Location : Dubai, UAEEducational Background:•Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field•HR certifications like CIPD, CHRP, CHRM, SHRM, PHR, or other relevant qualifications are highly preferredKey Responsibilities :•Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, documentation, and offboarding•Handle complete demobilization process, including exit formalities, final settlements, and clearance•Oversee and maintain accurate employee records and updates in the HRMS system•Administer insurance processes – additions, deletions, claims, and renewals for all categories•Prepare and issue HR letters, employment certificates, NOCs, and other internal communications•Ensure up-to-date tracking and reporting of employee data and documentation•Maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies and procedures•Support payroll coordination, leave management, and disciplinary documentation•Participate in employee engagement, grievance resolution, and policy implementation•Drive consistency and standardization in daily HR operations across departmentsJob Details :•Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and HRMS systems•Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills•Experience in managing HR documentation, insurance, and offboarding•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail•Experience in industrial or asset-intensive sectors is a plus
