HR GeneralistJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding new hires.•Manage employee records, HR documentation, and visa processing in compliance with UAE labor laws.•Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.•Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development programs.•Address employee relations by handling grievances, disputes, and workplace concerns professionally.•Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies, advising management on legal updates.•Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.•Coordinate training sessions, engagement activities, and well-being initiatives.•Work closely with leadership on HR strategies to support business growth.Key Requirements :•3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.•Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes.•Experience in recruitment, payroll processing, and employee relations.•Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.•Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
