HR GeneralistJob Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesSalary: AED 5000 – 6000We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various human resources functions, supporting the overall well-being of our employees, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:•Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.•Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering positive employee relations.•Conduct performance reviews and work closely with leadership to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.•Prepare and updating of HR policies and procedures.•Assist the accounting department in providing attendance and timesheets for payroll, leave salary and EOS.•Manage group medical insurance & workmen compensation insurances.Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.•Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR generalist / HR executive role in UAE•In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
