HR GeneralistJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Lead recruitment and onboarding processes•Develop and update HR policies in line with UAE regulations•Address employee concerns and manage grievances•Oversee offboarding and ensure compliance with legal requirements•Ensure adherence to UAE Labour Law and stay updated on changes•Manage day-to-day HR tasks, including payroll and performance managementIdeal Candidate:•Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience in the UAE•Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills•Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment•Immediate joiners preferred•Candidates on a sponsored visa are highly preferred
