Job Description

Position Title: HR GeneralistEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:A Dubai based group, recognized as one of the leading providers of integrated government services to public & private sectors within UAE

  • Act as liaison between employee and Benefits if necessary to provide consultation and problem resolution
  • Provides senior level support in functional areas of Human Resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relation
  • Reports directly to chairman regarding evaluation of compensation, performance evaluation management, benefits administration, organization development, training and special projects
  • Works with Finance team on deliverables to employees such as payroll, attendance, reimbursements, etc.
  • Negotiate with suppliers such as agencies on recruitment, officiate interviews and onboarding new employees as needed
  • Partners with Procurement and Admin team to submit deliverables on a timely manner
