Job Description

Our client is a reputed food & manufacturing company in the UAE that deals in its brands and private labelling across the region. They are looking to hire a PRO (Emirati National) to be based in their office inDubai.Working days: Monday to FridayWorking Hours:8 am to 5 pm (1-hour break)In this role, you will be responsible to do the following responsibilities:

  • - Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • - Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • - Handle complaints accordingly and grievance procedures
  • - Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • - Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • - Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc)
  • - Communicate with public services when necessary
  • - Maintain and develop the personal filing system
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the followingrequirements.1. Must be a UAE National2. Minimum 1 years experience in working as an HR for any business operations. Freshers with relevant educational backgrounds are also welcome to apply.3. Should have a sound understanding of HR operations & compliance with labour laws.4. Any relevant degree/Diploma holder.
