HR ExecutiveJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Manage employee relations, engagement activities, and workplace concerns to maintain a healthy organizational culture.•Support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR letters, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.•Assist with performance management processes and coordinate training and development programs.•Handle payroll coordination, attendance monitoring, leave management, and employee benefits efficiently.•Implement HR policies and recommend improvements to enhance HR processes.Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.•5–8 years of experience in a similar HR role, with strong knowledge of HR functions and UAE Labour Law.•Proficiency in HRMS systems and MS Office applications.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professionalism and integrity.
