HR ExecutiveJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Manage payroll administration and coordinate with finance for timely salary processing.•Handle employee relations, respond to queries, and resolve workplace issues.•Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.•Monitor attendance and leave management in line with company policies and UAE labor laws.•Assist with performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.•Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (MBA, MHRM ETC ).•Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in the UAE.•Good knowledge of UAE labor laws.•Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/payroll systems.•Strong communication and organizational skills.
