HR ExecutiveJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:•Manage the onboarding & offboarding of employees.•Assist with payroll calculation, leave salary, encashment, loans•Process visa requests and coordinate medical insurance transactions.•Maintain employee files, both physical and electronic and record employee attendance.•Follow up with employee grievances and issues.Requirements:•Proven experience as HR Executive, HR Coordinator, Generalist or any related position.•Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, Induction, Exit formality etc.)•Solid understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures•Proficient in MS Office & Advance Excel; knowledge of HRMS.•Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
