Looking for a dynamic HR professional to work with the management team on the implementation of a new robust HR function.Client DetailsOur client is a fast growing Fintech Startup - where you get the great chance to grow, develop and buildDescriptionWhat youll doDesign, propose and implement human resources strategies, guidelines and procedures within broad principles and policies to meet requirements supporting short and long-term business needs.Provide local insight to corporate guidelines and procedures and manage the administration and implementation within respect to employee training and development programs, salary structure, performance appraisals and recognition, and compensation and benefit plans.Ensure compliance of the companys practices with applicable local labor legislations.Provide advice to managersAssist in articulation of the values and culture of the organization.Work with managers to identify human resources problems/issues and provides leadership and support in finding solutions.Organize and supervise HR/Personnel services that highly qualified personnel are recruited, developed and motivated to achieve business objectivesOversee and ensure the effective running of the local payroll.Work together with the senior management team to implement group policies and processes at local level.Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyManage end-to-end recruitment and selection process for all verticals in the organizationNurture a positive working environment and strong employee relationsMaintain Compensation scale and administer benefits program as per industry standardsMaintain and update all relevant Human Resources dataProvide decision support to senior management through HR metricsEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource managementCoordinate with line managers and facilitate terminations, promotions and resolution of employee grievancesProfileWho you are?You have a university degree in a related field.You have 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.Proven experience in managing - you possess leadership abilities and know how to motivate and manage people.You have a strong business mind and accountability.Excellent communication and presentation skills.You are able to work under pressure.You are able to work in a fast pace international and multicultural environment.Job OfferOn offer for you an attractive salary package and the opportunity to grow.Location: DubaiSalary: Max.20K
