We are looking for an HR Executive who should have minimum 8-12 years experience in UAE working with leading organizations.The candidates who can meet the below requirement are encouraged to apply:Professional Competencies Talent Acquisition - Strong experience in talent acquisition function and has a successful track record of hiring both staff and blue collar workers in UAE and other GCC countries.HRMS - Experienced in using leading HRMS software and have processed Payroll, Leave and End of service processing through system.Employee relations - Experienced in dealing with all employee relations functions for a large number of employees.Government relation functions - Experienced in dealing with PROs and do necessary coordination for all visa matters.Document Control Management - Should have experienced in proper filing and archiving of all HR documents.Administration - Experienced in general administrative functions and dealing with different vendors including medical and workmen compensations etc.HR Best practices - Have worked in a multinational organization and implemented and HR best practices.HR Generalist functions - Has contributed successfully in all HR generalist functions with a strong knowledge in all areas.
