Leading steel manufacturer in the GulfRoles & Responsibilities:úÿÿÿÿÿÿOverall Mandate:ÿManage high-volume personnel, oversee HR systems, handle employee relations, ensure compliance with regulations, manage budgets, assess staffing needs, hire employees, design training programs, and develop compensation plans.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿSupervising HR personnel. Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processesúÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packagesúÿÿÿÿÿÿForecasting staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages. Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programsúÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records. Managing budgets and design accountability mechanisms.úÿÿÿÿÿÿIdentify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and moraleúÿÿÿÿÿÿImplementing HR strategies that support business objectives. Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction.
