HR CoordinatorJob Location :Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.•Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.•Prepare and process payroll, leave requests, and attendance records.•Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution in compliance with company policies.•Assist in visa processing, work permits, and labor law compliance.•Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.•Support in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.•Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations.•Assist in handling exit procedures, final settlements, and clearance processes.•Organize and maintain HR files, reports, and documentation.Requirements :•Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.•2-4 years of experience in an HR role (UAE experience preferred).•Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.•Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.•Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
