  • Prepares and monitors daily attendance, HR related documents, filing etc
  • Supports HR Office on admin related task as required and maintaining employee records including holiday and sickness leaves
  • Organizes meetings between management and employees
  • Assists HR with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts
  • Supports internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
