HR Business Partner Required - (Dubai, UAE) - New and Exclusive to eMagine Solutions. Our client is a top Engineering company, they are embarking on the creation of a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Dubai and as such are looking for 2 Human Resources Business Partners to help drive change in the organisation. Additionally the HR function will undergo a Cloud Transformation program and Digitization which you will be expected to act as a Stakeholder.Outside of the transformation program you will be working closely with the Head of HR and Senior HR BP supporting key stakeholders.Duties will include recruitment, benefits, new joiners & leavers, employee relations, performance management, updating policies and procedures, reports and audits and salary reviews.You will build strong internal relationships and work closely with the HR Team whilst working independently managing your own stakeholder group.You will be a team player, highly organised and approachable.Experience in HR Business Partner, Generalist or Specialist would be required (at least 1yr) and a recruitment and talent management background would be a bonus.
