HR Business Partner ? Recruitment Agency & Real Estate/Construction Background?We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and growing organisation in Dubai. This role is suited for a commercially minded HR professional with a strong background in recruitment agencies and expertise in the real estate or construction sectors.As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key player in shaping and executing the company?s HR strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to implement best-in-class HR practices that align with business objectives. The role will require you to take a hands-on approach to talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement, ensuring the company attracts, retains, and develops top-tier talent.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and workforce optimisation.
  • Drive recruitment initiatives, working closely with hiring managers to secure top talent for key roles.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance management, and career development.
  • Provide HR guidance on policies, employment laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Support leadership in workforce planning, organisational design, and succession planning.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and high-performance culture.
  • Lead initiatives on talent retention and employee well-being to enhance company culture.
  • Work with leadership to identify and implement learning and development programs that drive career growth and internal mobility.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have experience working in a recruitment agency with a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Prior HR experience in the real estate or construction industry is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, work in a fast-paced environment, and drive business-aligned HR strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive employee engagement and talent development programs.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary range: 15,000 - 20,000 AED per month, depending on experience.
