The HR business partner is responsible for aligning organization?s objectives with employees and management, the role holder shall serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.The HRBP is expected to have effective level of business literacy about the client?s business, business and financial plans, its strategies, its culture and competition.In addition the HR Business Partner shall be responsible for HR Operations of the client including but not limited to HR Operations policies and procedures, payroll file and database management.?
