Job Description

Kinetic is working with a leading Industrial Manufacturing company who are hiring an HR Business Partner to be based in Dubai.Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered.   • Responsible for delivering, and partnering with the assigned function, to achieve the current and future business strategy from an HR perspective, including ensuring the adherence to global standards, and local regulations.
  • Providing support to the HR for the right organizational setup, people and organizational capabilities, and people behaviors matching the current and future business needs.
  • Oversee employee relations matters by developing and implementing programs to enhance satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
  • Identifying talents across the businesses and steering their development, in support of leaders.
  • Working with the Head of HR to manage headcounts and manpower costs in coordination with payroll.
