  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the organizations overall goals and objectives
  • Ensure that HR policies and practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Establish and manage performance appraisal processes, setting clear goals and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee performance
  • Utilize HR analytics to guide informed decisions and monitor key HR metrics and KPIs in enabling continuous improvement in HR strategies
  • Manage employee benefits programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements
