A Subject Matter Expert for all market inquires related to HR Policies, Labour Law, working hours and conditions and cultural sensitivities. Ensure all appropriate policies, procedures and legal requirements are adhered to. ? Deliver a proactive HR service to all employees (Store and office based), whilst driving best practice and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, policies and employment legislation in respect to HR Policies, Code of conduct, Attendance Management, Performance Management, Disciplinaries and Grievances. ? Solve day to day people related matters and build Central HR Capability and reputation and increase HR market presence and availability. ? Act as a champion and change agent role for employees in respect to company HR policies, procedures and labor law regulation. ? Communicate and support the implementation of the corporate HR Roadmap and key objectives to help drive business goals and strategy. ? Build rapport to positively influence HR process and practice, in line with policy and legislation. ? Build the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and communicating consistently and effectively with all stakeholders. ? Support the implementation of HR calendar and facilitate the Roll out of new HR initiatives in the market. ? Manage the retention initiatives, push back pulse review (Engagement program survey) and Annual Individual Objectives setting. ? Partner with Operational teams to create and maintain robust talent and career development plans, identifying skill gaps and opportunities for succession. ? Support with the delivery of training material to up-skill and develop internal stakeholders. ? Manage the termination/appeal process and outcomes and follow up with Legal department on criminal cases. ? Provide support with assessment centers and CBI interviews. ? Deliver new team member immersion (Managers? Level) and HR Induction on HR policies/processes and disciplinary training.
