HR AssistantJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Recruitment and Onboarding:•Assist in creating job postings and advertisements.•Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.•Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews.•Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and employment contracts.•HR Administration:•Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.•Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures.•Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives.•Employee Relations:•Provide support in handling employee inquiries and issues.•Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities.•Support the HR team in maintaining a positive work environment.•Compliance and Reporting:•Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.•Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for management.•Support the HR team during audits and compliance checks.Qualifications:•Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.•1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.•Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.•Strong organizational and time management skills.•Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
