HR & Admin ExecutiveJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities :•Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.•And you must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask.•Experience in HR recruitment•Understanding the basics of labor law Dubai•Assist with performance management procedures.•Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.•Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.•Effective HR administration and people management skills.•Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties•Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives•Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)•Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)•Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes•Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations•Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)•Communicate with public services when necessary•Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures•Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employeesRequirements and skills :•Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position•At least 1-2 years of experience as a Hr assistant work.•Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS•Basic knowledge of labor laws•Excellent organizational skills•Strong communications skillsSalary : AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
