Job SummaryTo maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation at the AssociatesHousing Complex.Specific Job Roles:Essential Functions? Reporton work in uniform and on time.? Performall duties and responsibilities in allotted period of time on the inspectionschedule.? Reportall malfunction of equipment, damage on the building or any breakage in theAssociate Housing.? Helpmonitor the Rules and Regulations of the Associate housing and report anyviolation to the Housing Supervisor.? Maintainthe cleanliness of the public areas/hallways / toilets and other areas concernat all times.? Ensurethat all the preventive maintenance, are reported to the Maintenance Supervisorfor proper disposal.? Participateand help in the preparation of all recreational and social events at theHousing Sports activities.? Adoptand maintain friendly manner with all the Housing Associates.? Helpin the periodical general cleaning and vacated rooms and other extraresponsibilities.? Toensure high quality of hospitality and positive concern to each associates.? Performany other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Housing Manager.
