You+Baby Studio is a Dubai-based photo studio offering family photography services around the UAE. We seek an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and ensure smooth operational activities within the photo studio, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The Housekeeping Supervisor has to manage and support our studio assistants & drivers, by encouraging them to deliver high-quality services to clients.Key Responsibilities:Team Management:

  • Supervise studio assistants and drivers.
  • Schedule shifts and tasks for smooth operations.
  • Train and guide new staff on studio standards and grooming policies.
Client Relations:
  • Address client needs, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
  • Build positive client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Operational Efficiency:
  • Maintain studio equipment and inventory.
  • Organize and manage props for sessions.
Car Management:
  • Oversee studio vehicles, ensuring maintenance and safe operation.
  • Handle logistics for assistant transport needs.
Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure staff meet quality standards.
  • Provide feedback to improve performance.
