Job Description

Job descriptionResponsibilities:

  • Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures
  • Coaching and developing employees (cleaners)
  • Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly
  • Inspection of cleaning apartment on daily basis
  • Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.
  • Proven past experience in house keeping.
Requirements:
  • Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for hotels and luxury apartments
  • Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
  • Excellent organizational and team management skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
