Reference: OPU009Job Title: Housekeeping Manager ??Location: DubaiSalary: 4500 AED Opulent Global Group is a Luxury Serviced Accommodation provider with close to 300 properties in over 15 Cities both nationally and globally this is truly an exciting Company to be working for right now!Our core business creates serviced apartment spaces where clients can innovate, imagine, be inspired, or find refuge from the stress and pace of life.??We have a significant corporate travel clientele. Our wider group business arms include property development, recruitment and property training and education.Due to our explosive growth over the past 12 months in the property industry, we are now looking to appoint a Full Time Housekeeping Manager for our newest properties across Downtown, Palm Islands, JBR, JLT & Marina Bay to help offer, improve & excel our exceptional services to our upcoming 20+ Short Term Rental units. If you have operational, events and/or hospitality management experience and are looking to jump into the world of property this could be the job for you!Key Responsibilities:

  1. Directly report to the Dubai Property Manager and the Director of Opulent Living Management
  2. Ensuring enough cleaners are present for the days clean across apartments.
  3. Ensuring enough stock for cleaning equipment and linen are present and reporting to line management if more is required.
  4. Providing a first-class cleaning service across all apartments
  5. Providing reports of each clean completed
  6. Employing a high attention to detail when cleaning apartments
  7. Facilitating occasional maintenance issues
  8. Travelling to multiple sites to collect and drop off linen to dress the apartments for cleaners
  9. Assisting in the up-keep of serviced accommodation apartments
  10. Managing day to day cleaning teams and ensuring enough staff are on shift each day
  11. Being the first port of call for guests? issues
  12. Offering personal check in services for our guests
  13. Occasionally attending to out of hours incidents with guests and/or contractors
Key Requirements
  1. Previous experience in a cleaning environment
  2. Previous experience in managing day to day shifts of cleaning teams
  3. High attention to detail
  4. A positive attitude
  5. The ability to adhere to standards and procedures
  6. An ability to be flexible as the role may involve being on a call-out roster
  7. A Driving Licence
  8. Good interpersonal skills
  9. Good professionalism, especially with dealing with customer complaints?
