Job Description

House keeping coordinator will be responsible for making sure units are kept at the highest cleaning standard to meet our five star holiday home quality. They will be required to:

  • Work with the housekeeping team to create cleaning schedules for units during check-out and prior to check-ins
  • Will have to be able to move from one location to another in a timely managed way to avoid delays in the cleaning before guest arrival
  • Deal with laundry team and operations team to make sure inventory is re-stocked on time and report any damages during the stay of prior guests
  • Help guests during check-in and make sure all their requirements are met, work as a team to avoid guest complaints
  • Have a good relation with guests during their stay and provide them with additional cleaning or linen
  • Be able to work under pressure and do multiple tasks such as inventory, guest communication, cleaning and reports
Total Salary Package: 2500 AED Probation Period: 4 months (should have a visa during this time)Monthly Bonuses Based on performance : 100-500
