Job Overview:The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of assigned guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. This role plays a key part in providing guests with a welcoming and hygienic environment.Key Responsibilities:Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.Ensure the cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and stairwells.Report any maintenance issues or damaged items in guest rooms to the appropriate department.Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, folding, and distributing linens.Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction.Follow health and safety regulations and hotel standards for cleanliness and hygiene.Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring proper storage and organization.Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working as part of a team.
