Job Description

  • Report any problems or incidents immediately to the team leader or supervisor.
  • Carrying out cleaning activities for maintaining guest rooms and other tasks to ensure cleanliness.
  • Evaluate the cleaning supplies, room maintenance guidelines, and customer comfort levels and inform any complications to the supervisor.
  • Focus on all areas relating to customer comfort to ensure they have a hassle-free stay and report any problems to the team leader.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
