Household manager/Personal Assistant for Boutique Shop OwnerMust be good with dogs (small breed) & willing to take care of the dog if needed.Responsibilities:*Personal Assistant duties:>˙Carries out administrative duties such as receiving, packing and sending orders to customers.˙> Printing invoices.> Following up with orders on a daily basis.> Fulfilling the daily tasks if needed ( personal shopping, ATM, bank duties).> Document and file sorting.> Sorting weekly payment of bills.* Household responsibilities:> Overlooking maids, on a weekly basis.> Walking dog morining and afternoon.> Feeding dog ( morning & afternoon only)> Bringing in any kind of maintenance for the house when needed- Household management if needed- Personal shopping & household grocery maintenance if needed.
