We are looking for an experienced and responsible russian speaking House Manager to oversee the daily operations on Private Villa in Dubai.˙Responsibilities:* search, manage and supervise household staff, including housekeepers, cooks, gardeners, drivers, security guards, handyman. ˙Create schedules and assign tasks to household staff.* Calculating and issuing salaries to the household staff, * Food purchases for the homeowners.* ˙Develop and maintain budgets for household expenses and review financial reports, household bills payment* ˙Organize and coordinate household events (control of contractor companies), guests welcoming.* Ensure the household runs smoothly by managing inventory, overseeing maintenance and repairs, and maintaining household systems such as HVAC and security system:- control of engineering systems operation of the property- swimming pool maintenance (control of contractor company)- elevator maintenance (control of contractor company)- ˙Water Filtration System Maintenance* Maintenance of vehicles: a) technical inspection, b) insurance, c) after-sales service (coordinate and supervise the drivers work).* to develop and maintain budgets and review financial reports* performing other personal errands of the homeowners.
