Responsibilities - Butler1. Meet guests when they arrive and getting them settled in their rooms2. Anticipate clients? needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.3. Have a thorough understanding of all specialty foods in stock4. Assess and restock drinks as deemed necessary5. Serve meals and pour drinks for guests6. Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time for guests7. Run errands for client when necessary8. Ensure clients? rooms are clean and tidy up when necessary9. Recommend and arrange amenities for guests/clients10. See guests/Client off when they leave11. Remain well-groomed at all times12. Keep up-to-date on all policies on safety and hygiene13. Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanor14. Coordinate with all other house staff to ensure everything runs well in the house15. Serve a family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 children16. Supervise 17 - 18 staff (chefs, cleaners, gardeners, security personnel, etc)17. When required, you should be able to fold your sleeves and work.
