We are currently recruiting an interior designer with extensive concept to completion experience in new build and refurbishment hotel projects to join their Dubai team.Role SummaryConcept design for interiors including material and fabric palettes, furniture and wallpaper and preparing budgets with the commercial team.Source, build and maintain effective supplier and contractor relationships.Essential Skills & Experience Required8+ years commercial interior design experience for 5 star and boutique properties with a strong background in initiating production and managing drawings, schedules and specifications for FF&E projects.Proficiency working with Google SketchUp, AutoCAD, Vector Works, InDesign and 3D MaxStrong commercial and financial acumen with effective negotiation skills.EducationBachelor s Degree in Architecture or Interior DesignCandidate ProfileCurrently living in the United Arab Emirates.Fluency in English must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
