Conduct a comprehensive night audit using the hotels System, to reconcile daily revenue streams.- Verify and balance all revenue and settlement accounts meticulously, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.- Prepare detailed financial reports summarizing daily transactions, revenue breakdowns, and payment settlements- Address guest inquiries and concerns related to billing discrepancies or financial matters promptly and professionally, providing clear explanations and resolutions.- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation, including night audit reports, occupancy logs, incident summaries, and inventory records, facilitating seamless communication and information sharing across departments.- Assist in Monthly stock count for inventory management processes, monitoring stock levels of essential supplies and amenities, and initiating replenishment orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.- Collaborate effectively with the incoming shift and other hotel departments, communicating pertinent information, addressing handover responsibilities, and facilitating a smooth transition of operational tasks.
