Job Description

Ambitek are a supplier of temporary labour to a range of industries in the UAE.As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations to ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction, profitability, and employee engagement.Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Setting and achieving strategic goals and targets for revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, including revenue and expenses, and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Recruiting, training, and motivating hotel staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of special events and promotional activities.
