  • Supervise the hostess team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure that all guests are greeted promptly and seated in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with other members of the restaurant management team to manage table availability, including managing reservations and walk-ins.
  • Train the hostess team on how to handle guest inquiries and requests, and ensure that all guest needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, including contact details, preferences, and special requests
